Grandpa's Mountain is a place where you can relax and enjoy the fresh mountain air an views of the Sangre De Cristo mountians from across the wet Valley.

Please note that the conditions for Fire have been high and observer the fire ban notices that have been posted and publlished so that all can enjoy the awsome views that the mountains present. You can find the fire ban notice on the weather tab of this website. 

Violation of Stage 1 fire restrictions could result in a maximum fine of $5,000 for an individual or $10,000 for an organization, or imprisonment for more than six months, or both. If responsible for causing a wildfire, one could be held accountable for suppression costs of that fire.
